Planned Landowner Portal

A dedicated view for property owners to log in and see harvest summaries, volunteer hours, population impact reports, and season activity for their properties — without needing a full club membership.

Planned Club Budget Management

Track club finances including member dues collection, expense logging, and budget reporting. Give club admins visibility into income, spending, and outstanding balances all in one place.

Planned Weather Integration

Automatically capture weather conditions (temperature, wind, barometric pressure, moon phase) for each hunt session. Correlate weather data with harvest success to identify optimal hunting conditions.

Planned Activity Notifications (Opt-In)

Email and in-app notifications to keep members informed when hunts are scheduled, harvests are logged, or volunteer events are posted. Members can customize which notifications they receive.

Planned Task & Work Management

Assign and track property maintenance tasks like stand repairs, food plot work, trail clearing, and fence mending. Tasks tie into volunteer hours and enrich property owner reports with documented improvements.

Planned Member Checklist

Configurable onboarding and compliance checklists for club members — including safety course completion, reading and acknowledging club rules, liability waivers, and any other requirements set by the club admin.

Completed Data Export (XLS Format)

Export harvest data, hunt logs, member rosters, volunteer hours, and analytics to Excel spreadsheets for offline analysis, state reporting, or record-keeping.
